As Brookfield Corporation continued its rapid growth, it was time for the Brookfield Properties team to move out of the company’s centralized HQ and into their own office in NYC. 

While the move was an exciting milestone and an opportunity to establish Brookfield Properties’ specific culture, the leadership team wanted to ensure there was excitement around this big step, versus skepticism.
